A few words: naming names.

This has been a long time coming. Blogging, that is. About food, no less.
Of course, the most difficult part of the process is the trivial. In this case, that’s coming up with a blog name. You see, coming up with a name requires commitment. Namely, the kind of commitment that knows chagrin. Coming up with a blog name requires the same loss of gravitas involved in naming your ill-fated high school dance crew, and later, your destined from the start college art-rock band. Will it be "cool" now, but embarrassing in retrospect? Ridiculous to say out loud?
Committing to a name takes either naivete or courage or indifference.
I’m not sure which of these this is, but here goes.
chido eats.
It’s a little bit Mexican, a little bit American and simple enough to need little explanation - “chido” means cool, the rest speaks for itself.
